A Journey Designed for Unforgettable Memories
Day 1: Arrival in Jammu – Transfer to Katra
Arrive at Jammu Airport or Railway Station, meet your representative, and drive to Katra, the base camp for the Vaishno Devi Yatra. Check in to your hotel and relax after the journey. In the evening, explore the local market or visit the Banganga Temple nearby. Overnight stay in Katra.
Day 2: Katra – Mata Vaishno Devi Darshan
After an early breakfast, begin your 13 km trek to the Vaishno Devi Bhawan (pony, palki, or battery car optional). Chanting “Jai Mata Di,” walk through the scenic route to seek blessings from Mata Vaishno Devi at the holy cave shrine. After darshan, visit Bhairon Temple (by ropeway if available). Return to Katra by evening. Overnight stay in Katra.
Day 3: Katra – Leisure & Local Exploration
After breakfast, spend the day at leisure to relax after the yatra. You can visit Ardh Kuwari Cave or explore local temples and markets for souvenirs like prasad, shawls, and handicrafts. Overnight stay in Katra.
Day 4: Katra – Departure from Jammu
After breakfast, check out and transfer to Jammu Airport / Railway Station for your onward journey, carrying divine blessings and the spiritual peace of Mata Vaishno Devi.
