A Journey Designed for Unforgettable Memories
Day 1: Shimla: Arrival & Sightseeing
Arrive at Delhi or Chandigarh and drive to Shimla, the beautiful capital of Himachal Pradesh. On arrival, check in to your hotel and spend the evening exploring Mall Road, The Ridge, and Christ Church under the glow of colonial streetlights. Overnight stay in Shimla.
Day 2: Shimla: Local Sightseeing
After breakfast, head to Kufri, a charming hill station known for its panoramic Himalayan views. Enjoy pony rides, visit the Himalayan Nature Park, and stroll through pine forests. Return to Shimla and visit Jakhoo Temple and Scandal Point before spending a cozy evening in town. Overnight stay in Shimla.
Day 3: Shimla - Manali
After breakfast, drive to Manali, passing through Sundernagar Lake, Mandi, and Kullu Valley. Visit a Kullu Shawl Factory to see local craftsmanship before continuing your journey alongside the Beas River. Arrive in Manali by evening and check in for an overnight stay.
Day 4: Manali: Local Sightseeing
After breakfast, explore Hadimba Temple, Vashisht Hot Springs, and the Tibetan Monastery. Stroll through Old Manali’s artistic lanes and enjoy café hopping by the riverside. End your day with a relaxed evening on Mall Road. Overnight stay in Manali.
Day 5: Manali: Solang Valley / Atal Tunnel
Get ready for a day of adventure and spectacular views. Drive to Solang Valley, where you can try paragliding, skiing, or ATV rides (as per season). Continue through the Atal Tunnel to witness stunning Himalayan scenery, and if open, visit Sissu or Rohtang Pass. Return to Manali by evening. Overnight stay in Manali.
Day 6: Manali - Dharamshala
After breakfast, drive to Dharamshala, passing through lush cedar forests and river valleys. On arrival, check in and spend the evening exploring the peaceful town or visiting the Dalai Lama Temple Complex (if time permits). Overnight stay in Dharamshala.
Day 7: Dharamshala - Dalhousie
After breakfast, visit Bhagsunag Temple and Waterfall and St. John’s Church before departing for Dalhousie. Enjoy a scenic drive through tea gardens and small mountain hamlets. On arrival, check in to your hotel and take an evening stroll along Mall Road. Overnight stay in Dalhousie.
Day 8: Dalhousie - Khajjiar
After breakfast, head to Khajjiar, often called Mini Switzerland of India, known for its lush meadows and cedar forests. Visit Khajji Nag Temple, enjoy zorbing or horse riding, and soak in the peaceful alpine beauty. On the way back, stop at Kalatop Wildlife Sanctuary for panoramic valley views. Overnight stay in Dalhousie.
Day 9: Dalhousie: Departure
After breakfast, check out and begin your return journey to Delhi or Chandigarh. Depart with unforgettable memories of misty mountains, winding roads, and Himachal’s heavenly charm.
